Isoropia primarily promotes transformational learning. Transformational learning has a goal to change the perspective and attitude, where a learner and a teacher are together in the process, both learning and changing themselves.
Given that competence is defined as a multiplicity of attitude, knowledge and skills, a positive attitude is not sufficient for competent living. Learning that we sometimes encourage involves the development of skills and new knowledge, and sometimes only the need for further learning. Learning processes include all human aspects: mental, sensory, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Isoropia organizes and participates in very diverse learning processes: lectures, workshops, trainings, seminars.
Customized, in-house trainings are a very dear to us. They require deep knowledge of community needs and intensive preparation both of the facilitator and the participant. This investment is multiplied because the meeting of facilitators and participants is focused on clear and common, agreed goals, language and terminology. The process supports a wider, long-term story. The Project Management and Personal Impact to Results are examples of trainings organised within organisations as apprentices.
The Initiating Positive Changes is a workshop that is organised for interested groups and organisations, in an open form and is supported by further individual or group support.
The Sustainable Career is aimed to individuals who wants to find their current main motivators and adapt their career, everything they do in life to their most profound needs. It is important to know which organisational mechanisms most affect the balance in life and to keep an eye on them while creating a professional relationship.
